Well after 40 years of Castro staring down America and he is at his end time. They can say something now they could not do anything for the last 40 years because of Castro and now they are talking regime change after he is dead, boy he must have one hell of a little black book. Think the super power defenseless against Cuba for the last 40 years and the man is on his dead bed and now our government is talking SSHIT

What a great diplomat she is. She has a real sense of how Cuban citizens view their national leader. Tactful and diplomatic statements like that will inspire Cubans to rise up and bury Castro! (this is meant as sacasm, of course)

If only Rice was around for the Cuban missile crisis. She could have used her great negotiating skills to set off dozens of mushroom clouds.
