And I don't mean embarrassing. I'm talking about the moment where you felt the lowest of your life - whether because of your own actions or those of someone else.
For me it was in the 7th grade. Everyone was lined up for the buses after school and these two guys went running past me and one of them spit in my face. I've dealt with insults and a wide variety of physical and verbal attacks. But in that moment I felt like the most worthless person in the world. I think it was made even worse because no one helped me out. No one handed me a napkin or anything else. This was truly the worst moment of my life.
What's kind of ironic is I became friends with one of the two guys about 6 years later in college. I never mentioned it and neither of them ever apologized. I had actually forgotten about this until about a week ago when I was writing a personal history. For what it's worth, I was 12/13 at the time and I'm 34 now.

Crazy_Me: I can assure you it was quite intentional. These guys had a habit of giving me a bad time and when it happened, I was in a crowed area - not the kind of place you just run through and randomly spit.

Went to the store with my 2 year old screaming his head off. As I go to check out the guy checking told me they couldn't accept a check from me, my debit card wouldn't go through and I didn't have cash on me at the moment. Of course it was busy just then and everyone in line turned to stare. I felt so horrible and crappy that I had some how gotten myself into this situation where I look like a horrible person.

i became at an old gymnasium I used to pass to and that i went by using a door bare searching for the showers and it grew to become out to be an go out. The door locked at present at the back of me and left me in 20 degree climate bare on a hectic sidewalk. Being that chilly, I wasn't at my "greatest" and that i became publically featuring all of myself to the customary public. no you could still enable me back in as a results of fact they theory it became too humorous. I had to stroll around the development to discover the front, a distance of three hundred ft. I cancelled my gymnasium club immediatley and moved out of the state.
