The one with you being born. I have nightmare about it every night.

lol.jk.

I would have to say, E.T. As a kid, it took me several times going to the movie theater to see it complete through. I was told stories that afterwards my mother hanged a poster of E.T. on my wall but I asked her to take it down. I told her that I didn't want to get sick because Elliot got sick when E.T. got sick and I didn't want to get sick also.

Modern films, I haven't really found on that truely scares me. There have been many that have made me stop watching or forward through because of the gore factor but not because I was scared. The closes thing that I can pick would be, Jeepers Creepers (the first one). That movie sent of cold shiver down my spine (especially the end). "Jeepers creepers, where'd ya get those peepers. Jeepers creppers, where'd ya get those eyes."

The shower scene in "Physco" by far the most startling scene ever! It's still mimicked today in comedy scenes. The eerie violin sound made the whole scene! Hitchock didn't need trick photography to create real horror 47 years ago.

The Grudge I think ^^
Summary : According to Japanese lore, "The Grudge" is the curse of one who dies in the grip of a powerful rage. Those who encounter this murderous supernatural curse are killed and the curse is reborn, passed on from victim to victim in an endless, ever growing chain of horror. Karen (Sarah Michelle Gellar), an American nurse living in Tokyo, unknowingly uncovers the source of the curse and must somehow escape the impending fits of rage and madness which will inevitably lead to her demise.

You've got to go for the jugluar, and say any of the "Faces of Death" ones. Really HARD to watch. They surpass anything else. Check it out, if you're not aware of it. It's mean springing this on softies, not use to gore. It's WAY out there. I love hardcore gore, and this surpasses all of it.
