If you have windows xp or vista you can use the search on your start menu. Just put in "shared folders" for the search term.

All shared folders have "an open palm" symbol at the bottom left corner of the folder's Icon.

You'll just have to go looking for them.

To un-share, right-click and then, click on the "Sharing TAB".

open your pc and take a look
