why in pro evolution soccer games the jerseys of epl not updated?teams' name and the the emblem also spoiled?

They only have the license for two teams (this year Newcastle an Spurs), so they have to fudge the other sides (e.g. Man red for UTD, etc).
No doubt, someone will use the edit feature to create an option file with them all in and drop it on the net at some point.
EA own the full license for their FIFA games, at the minute but Konami are working on improving theirs.
