me and my cousin were at my friend's party and i think he thought i was way drunk and grabbed my boobs, i was a bit outa it and i didnt do anything cause i really didnt feel anything...and when i did i got his had off. now its awkward. what should i do about this?

Let your cousin know that what he did made you uncomfortable and it still does. Then explain to him that just because you were drunk doesn't give him the right to do what he did to you or any body else. well...as u said he was extremely drunk...so, i dont think its his fault, its the booze that made him go crazy , but still it wasnt a good thing he did, just tell him what he did, if he apologises and swears never to do it again, forgive him or if he is not apologising and doesnt feel bad about it threaten to tell on him to ur parents or the authorities.
