It is possible to be shot square on in the head, and live... long enough to say what the ****, and shoot yourself again. but you have a small margin and the bullet has to hit the right spot, which is as thin as a piece of paper. so unless your pinpoint accurate, literally, i wouldnt recommend it. but yes, its possible and has happend before.

I don't think so unless it's a graze and you mean to kill yourself. Suicide is never the answer to anything.
