When I try to format my USB flash drive, the only option that appears is "Format to FAT32"...there isn't even an option to format to NTSC! I find this strange, but what I really need is to format to FAT. Is there a workaround to this, a program or something to format to FAT?

I'd appreciate your help! ;)

The drive is a memory drive, not a physical drive. But if you want to force-format it, you can do it in the Command Prompt. Type format /? and the syntaxes for formatting the drive will appear.

e.g. format /FS:FAT or NTFS

If you encounter problems, better format it using Fat32

Simple answer: FAT16 the FAT in general term has an upper limit of formatting up to 2 GB, 4 if you consider Linuxer's trick which does not exist in Windows. FAT32 breaks FAT16 compatibility and such size limit at the same time.

Try doing it through disk manager:
Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc

Right click the flash drive and then Format. Select the FAT filesystem

This is set by the manufacturer and you are formatting a Memory type drive, not a physical hard drive. FAT32 is the only logical format.

Protein need to lose weight and to repair muscle after working out. When muscles repair themselves, they grow. But that depends on the type of exercise. Usually lifting heavy weights breaks muscles more. So, there is more growth during repairs. Add a healthy fat into your diet, too. Salmon, flax seeds, nuts, olive oil. There are many useful information about losing weight and building muscles here:
