procrastination is about right. Don't know if the hyper is necessary unless you put off things until it's WAY too late to accomplish anything and if you always do it.

We all crave instant gratification, all the time. Drudgery rarely gets us excited. Takes a lot of self-discipline to just get stuff done. The disorder is often called "irresponsible". But I prefer to call myself "serotonin deficient" and go eat chocolate.

you mean I am not the only one who does that? my motto has always been why do it today when you can put it off till tomorrow. and you know what they say tomorrow never comes

Make up your mind you are gonna quit and get in gear.....then do it. Nobody can change that but you girl. Take the change slow and increase it you'll get there.
