Fully systematic name for sulphuric acid.There are four atoms bonded to Sulphur atom,hence the part tetraoxo.The oxidation number of sulphur is six,hence the part sulphur six.There are hydrogen atoms in the compound,hence the prefix hydrogen.this substance is acidic,hence the suffix acid.

it doesn't look like an iupac name to me.

It looks like a bad attempt to use iupac to name sulfuric acid, the six at the end has me confused.

yeah it's an iupac. don't know what it is though, or if it even has a more common name.
