I have been really frustrated with Windows XP lately and I need some help with it. I have just reinstalled XP on this partition and have deleted all my former progarm by doing it. My main problem is how to access my former account in another Windows XP in my computer, now that I'm using a newly installed one.

You have not been apparently properly advised at the time of installation of the new XP. You have been hasty in delelting all the files in the previous XP. Before doing that you could have got them transferred (at least those you would require) and then deleted the rest. Now the only course is to approach a technician and recover the lost date. While it is normally possible to recover it in some cases it could have been permanently lost and there is no way to have access to them. You would have to build them anew.

go to documents and settings and look for your formaer accounts document.
