Do you ever do ridiculous childlike things even now as an adult?

I have this weird thing where I can't let my feet dangle over the bed, because I feel like something under the bed will come out and bite them lol. It's something I've done since childhood

I feel the same way! I like to tuck the blanket under my feet like to "seal them in".

Oh I do all types of ridiculous childlike things still as an adult.
Tapping someone on the shoulder while standing on the other side, stealing my sisters nose, talking worse than a new born, farting and laughing, giggling like a schoolgirl when someone says sex, tell the knock knock who's there banana joke, dressing up like superman when it's not even halloween (Batman is way cooler though). When my brother Jimmy and I get together we dance like ballerinas and say things and laugh that only us and ten years olds understand. So I'd have to say yes, I do still ridiculous things now even though I'm 33. God help Baby Flamm when Baby Flamm comes. At least he/she will have a friend.

I've got a major problem with that too. Also, I have to sleep with a blanket covering my legs, for fear that someones going to reach up from under the bed and grab them. I also can't walk close to the bed's edge at night when I'm alone. I'm scared someones going to reach out and grab my foot.

I know, it's so childish and really dumb fears, but nonetheless, I still have them.

Oh, and I still check under my bed before I go to bed at night when I'm alone. And I check in the bedroom closet and upstairs bathroom.

yeah but i kinda think that someone is under there and is going to grab me by my ankles rather than bite them...

i still sleep with the light on and if i have to walk through a dark house i will turn every light on so i dont have to walk through a dark room.

i can still enjoy watching a kids movie, like right now Alladin is on and it is entertaining me and if we werent on water restrictions, i would have a lot of fun running through the sprinkler.

haha yeah - sometimes i'll peek around the corner before actually walking around it - just in case. i got a little better than when I was younger though - i used to smack my arm around the corner to "scare" anyone away!
