Yeah, quitting smoking isn't just great for your health, it's good for your ego, knowing you have the willpower to quit is very satisfying. It took three times but finally quit.

If I want it badly enough you bet, I did just that when I built my cabin, I'd never done anything like that before and when I got started I could say that I was definitely over whelmed, but I told myself that if I was going to have a cabin I was going to have to get with it, so I did.

most of the time yes I do. I often feel incomplete if I don`t. Sometimes I do realise its not happening but being stubborn I`ll continue until it does..
