I think only a minority of females suffer from PMT, and they have to put off with almost every pi**ed off, wound up, annoyed...etc woman using PMT as a pathetic excuse.
I`ve never had PMT, but know others who genuinely do have, and many who use it as a cop out, .

I balk at the choice of the word 'celebration,' because that would be something along the lines of 'celebrating there being proof of Life every time you had a toothache.'
Instead of 'celebration,' maybe a more fitting word would be of 'recognition' of a state of 'Life' through the person experiencing their (mood swings, sensations etc) 'discomforts' and the importance of this 'Life' in the greater scheme of things ~ but on a personal level.
As to a 'weak link,' we have enough of them as human beings anyway ...Your ability to survive without air is MINIMAL, you ability to survive without water is under a week, and without food is about four weeks. This is not what you could really call 'a good design.' PMT is just a side effect.
