The best thing i offers is a relationship first { Friendship,brother etc},
The second is ask them what they want that is usually the precious thing for them,
The third is to make them happy, and leave them alone.

Different people in our life need different things so accordingly we can provide different things....
like our parents want respect and our time....
Our life partner wants our commitment and love....
Kids need our attention and love....
Our friends want our friendship.....
Our boss want our loyalty and good work...
So I guess we have to be multitasking to make people happy around us......
