depends, tights to go with those dresses for that glam-punk and theyre quite in .
stockings for that very lady like effect
i prefer tights though. ehehe

Depends whether you want them for sexy - then stockings every time.
If you are going to wear a short short skirt wear tights.

I mostly wear tights, as they're more comfortable.
Stockings don't float my boat.

it totally depends on your outfit.stockings are sexier but stockings are far more durable than stockings.it's better if you have both handy.
