As you very rarely see a women's nipple through a dress or shirt when on tv I just wondered if there is a nipple ban?

Clever camera work usually stops it or you get what I call the 'nipple line'. That's where the camera cuts in close so that any nipple is below the camera so you rarely ever see something so natural.

LOL! You perv!

I heard models put band-aids over their nipples so they don't show through clothes.

(-: Maybe the producers are hoping you'll be paying more attention to the plot line than to the, um, foundation line. TV is so totally unnatural that I don't find it very surprising if they did have some sort of guidelines that prevented lingering over breasts. You don't see much "camel toe" either! On either sex. Not that I'm looking, LOL!

Thanks for the giggles!

You don't see nipple's through dresses, shirt's or blouse's because they are all now wearing thermal vest's. :-)

There is a nipple ban yes. There is also a vagina, clitoris, penis and testicle ban too. It's been going on for some time now. Many stations also have a buttocks crack ban.
