How to help you baby with the pain
There are several things that you can try to help ease the pain of teething; some work and some don’t, but most parents agree they’re always worth a try. Teething rings, water filled and chilled rubber teething toys; mom and dads fingers can all provide counter pressure that can sometimes bring relief. Offering your baby a cold bottle of water can also help. If sucking on the bottle bothers your child, offer a cold cup of water. The water can also help replenish your baby’s fluid if they’re drooling a lot or have loose bowel movements.
Cold food has also been found to be helpful by some parents. Chilled applesauce, yogurt and pureed peaches may be more appealing to your baby and also more nutritious than a chilled teething ring.

You can take your finger and gently feel his gums.He will probably love this espacielly if he is teething and you should be able to feel the hard teeth under the skin of the gum surface.Since he is only tree months old you may have to help him with a teehting toy.My kids loved popsicles a lot .I didn`t even have to open them they just liked the cold i guess. You also want to keep an eye out if they are rubing their ears a lot.My daughter had ear infections every time she was teething.I also let my kids chew on my fingers a lot.It helped break the teeth trough i believe. And yes both of my kids broke their first tooth through when thy were 4 months old.

What you describe are all symptoms of teething, diarreha, red cheeks, runny nose. At three months it's a bit too early for teething but everything points to that. You can buy some teeth gel, also a teething ring that you put in the freezer then give to him to chew on it. It eases his pain. You might also like to give him baby Calpol (like panadol for babies).
To be on the safe side, if these symptoms persist you might need to see the doctor to eliminate other causes.

yep he's teething which usually starts at about three months,
the little rosy cheeks and runny poo is pretty acurate, he will probably have teeth in the next month or so,
give him some panadol, teething rings or gel for the gums,
rusks are good to to help prepare the gums

babies are soo tricky. some ways to find out is a little fever, diarrhea, butt rash, slobbery mouth. but you will never know until one is peaking out. i have a 12 month old with only 2 teeth, the 3rd is barely coming out.

Sounds like my twins when they teethed!! Rub your clean finger across his gums and if they feel swollen he is teething!
I used orange rind to rub their gums with to relieve swelling.

my grandmother would take some Jack daniels and dip her finger in a glass then rub little bits on my gums and she said that made me stop crying...seems it made my gums numb ...try that if maybe your baby will be more comfortable
