Spam is made from pork and beef meat parts (we don't like to think of what all might be in it) and lots of spices. There is also meat juice in the can. Spam is really popular in Hawaii, where I live. A favorite breakfast is spam, eggs and hash browns. There is even a Spam Festival every year with a Spam Parade in Waikiki and a Miss Spam contest.
