My old iPod died, so I'm thinking of getting a new one.
Should I get an iPod Touch, or iPod nano, && which GB should I get for whichever one? [:

Go with the Classic 80gb, its a good deal, lots of space, everything you need.

Frankly I dislike the Ipods because of the scratching issues about them. Personally I hate scratches. Anyway they look better than most mp3 players on the market. Since you own a Apple why dun try other brands? Like Creative. To me they are value for $. If you insist on Apple then the 2nd Gen Nano. With a durable casing compared to its latest incarnation(Hate the chrome rear that look good for a short period but few days looks so old!!) Also it is smaller than the latest one. You may consider that.

The iPod touch is absolutely fantastic! you will love it. Get into an Apple store and have a play with one; I guarantee you'll buy it within a few minutes.
Whatever you do, don't buy a zune. There are so many problems with it.

Hey hey.. I know xactly wat 1 u need 2 get, u shud get tha new nano.. it has video 2.. and its cheaper than the old nano. Its screen is big and it comes in cool colours, the 4 and 8 gig models start at about $149.. I hav the old nano, but its still kul, gud luck!

I seriously recommend that you DON'T get an ipod. You should look for another kind of mp3 player. The ipod is not the best mp3 player out there and it's definitely not the cheapest either. You should invest on a different mp3 player, research for one.

get the one that suites your lifestyle. are you a jogger? do you use your ipod for picture and videos? are you a traveler? do you want to carry just one gadget?
After you answer these questions you'd probably be able to get the iPod you need and the one that fits your budget as well.

i think it also depends on your budget and then think of your usage;get an iphone if you like to have a combination of phone and music or ipod touch of 8G if you think you don't need too much space.
