I believe a person feels first. The feeling creates our thoughts.

We hear it process it, and then feel it. But our brains are so quick that we think we feel it first which we probably do. Then we process it, then feel it. It just takes some time to sink it what we heard to start feeling it.

It's like someone telling you something like someone just got hurt or died, obviously you heard it, but you had to process it, then feel it, because it took time to sink in, before you actually had time to feel it. Make sense??

It is a delayed reaction from our automatic responses. A good example is when Steve Irwin automatically pulled out that Sting Rays Fin out, It was an automatic response from the brain. Or, if you fall, you automatically put your hands out without thinking about it but you do, then you feel it big time. You had to process it after before you felt it.

So, that is it....I cannot ot think of the word, which is stupid because I am a nurse, I think the Automatic Nervous System response.

I think people feel first.

Then you react to those feelings with thought.

However, there are plenty of times I have reacted with feelings instead of thought.

First a person feels, and then their brain reacts to the stimulus, and "thinks" about feeling.

I know that from experience. I could feel things and not think about them for awhile.
