I used to think life was all about money, since I wasn't rich growing up. Not poor but average. Ever since I've been on my own, going 3 years now, I felt like everything sucked because I didn't have enough money. It worried me constantly. But then I heard someone say something that gave me a revelation, he is into music and he said " if I don't do something involved with music everyday....I feel like the day was wasted". Right then it hit me, life isn't about getting rich, its about doing what you love to do. There is a lot of stuff we have to do, like taxes, and drive, and car registration/insurance all that bulls*** life stuff, but the secret to a great life is to just do those things with a good attitude and make your main focus what you love to do. I think that if you live life this way you will have few worries, since the majority of your attention and therefore your thoughts...are focused on your passion. What do you think??

How true!
Many people look at my husband and myself and wonder why we let our son race supercross and motocross. It costs a fortune and we are only average earner. It is dangerous and he has been injured many times. But the fact of it is, he loves it and is so passionate about it, that it would break his heart to not be able to ride. A day without riding to him is a lifetime. Sure I could be a lot more comfortable financially if he didn't race, but I would also be a bad mother for not letting him follow his dream when he is not only good at it but focused completely and for those who don't understand and wouldn't give their child the support to do it, financially or physically then I pity them as they just don't understand the dream.

We as a society have been brain washed, especially nowadays with shows like housewives, kardashians, sunset shaun and etc. We think, even myself, that we will be happy if we just had more money. More money is usually only used to buy more frivolous things only to appear superior to others.
I made $70000 a year and was still unhappy because i was in a city where I knew no one. There are millionaires or financially successful people who still hate their lives. For example,Gia Allemand and Lee Thompson Johnson committed suicide this year because they were NOT happy. Although they both had fame and money they still were not happy. So I say, even to myself since its easier for me to give advice but harder to take it, that we as a people have to look deeper. We have to truly love ourselves and realize that we are here on earth for a higher/better purpose and money ain't it. The challenge is that You have to figure out the purpose/reason. Peace Esha'!

Exactly! We don't live forever on Earth, money can only last as long as Earth and people do, so we need to do what we can and want to do with our lives.
Money has one role in this, it is a roadblock. If you want to be an artist, you have to pay for supplies, water, a car, a house, etc.
If we want to be a doctor, we have to pay to go to a good school, etc.
