Don't worry that there isn't any. Do what I do: create your own!!! Also, have the balls to put your name to it! I call a spade a spade. If I don't like someone not only will I b*tch about them behind their back I also say it to their face :).
My card would say "God loves you, but I think that you are a giant a--hole, a turd in the toilet of humanity" etc

Send them a "Thinking of You" greeting card and inside it put a brown smear (CHOCOLATE of course! - they aren't worth you doing jail time...) and write: "NORMALLY I WOULDN'T GIVE A SH*T , BUT I DECIDED TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR YOU...".
