Kaspersky *has to* have a treating (remove/quarantine) option. What good would one of the best antivirus apps in the world be, if all it did was find but not fix?
I think you need to learn how to run your Kaspersky.
There's really no sense in telling you any other antivirus' because nothing else touches Kaspersky. Really.
Edit: Nah, I don't believe that Kaspersky left 208 viri untouched. Something's wrong with this picture.
Edit 2 : Come on people, read his question: he has Kaspersky and doesn't think it can treat what it found! ...don't be telling him to trade in a Porsche for a Kia when he just needs to learn to drive the Porsche.

This is a never ending game, they chase you, you run and hide behind an antivirus, they break in, you run behind another antivirus and on and on. This was my experience, anyway :)
I changed to Linux for using Internet and most of my virus headaches were gone. I suggest you also use Linux or an even less popular OS like a *BSD or even OpenSolaris for accessing Internet. There is very less chance that someone took the pains to write a virus for them. An update of the OS will help seal it against viruses.
Otherwise, add a proxy server and a firewall with your antivirus software in your tools to keep away from viruses.

The more advantageous ominous the caution, the more advantageous risky the product is than what it claims to guard. you've were given a rogue application (which signifies it is its bogus). you want to remove it ASAP -- no longer stick with what it tells you to do. you've 2 possibilities -- format your computing gadget and commence anew. it is the hardship loose way. the 2d approach is to target to bathe it out utilising: a million. Malwarebytes anti malware 2. Spybot SD 3. vogue Micro's HijackThis 4. An ISO photo of Kaspersky's Rescue Disk 2008, that you want to burn to a CD utilising a application jointly with IMGburn. to apply it, you boot of this disk for the duration of startup and it is going to carry out an outbreak sweep interior a Linux ecosystem.

I swear by Trend http://us.trendmicro.com/us/home/home-user/index.html I have had it for years. It updates regularly, checks for adware/spyware, warns me about sites that may be potentially hazardous. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about Trend like I have some of the other leading antivirus programs.
