The Haunting (original and remake)(The original is the best and is perhaps THE classic film about hauntings.)
The Innocents
The Dark~Sean Bean and Maria Bello
The Frighteners
The Uninvited~Ray Milland
The Lady in White
Poltergeist 1-3
Nomads
The Changeling
Dead of Night (one story)
The Gravedancers
Full Circle aka The Haunting of Julia aka Julia
House on Haunted Hill (original and remake)(To me, the remake is horrible! It's a gorefest that has nothing to do with the original.)
The Ring 1 & 2
The Grudge 1 & 2
Ghost
13 Ghosts (original and remake)(This is another remake that is a gorefest that I got through once. I hope this trend doesn't continue, but I fear that it will.)
The Others~Nicole Kidman
The Other~Uta Hagen~~Like "The Innocents", you find yourself wondering, Is there a haunting or not?
The Abandoned
An American Haunting
The Amityville Horror series, including a remake of the original
Below
The Wraiths of Roanoke
The Supernaturals
Campfire Tales
Candyman 1-3

How about some really old ones? I watched these on TV as a kid.
The Ghost Goes West (1935)
Topper (1937)
The Canterville Ghost (1944)
Topper was made into a TV series that ran 10/9/1953 - 9/30/1955. My favorite in the series was Neil, a lush of a St. Bernard ghost that was always drunk.
They were all lighthearted and fun films.

We went to BlockBuster and rented one called "Grave Dancers." It wasnt the best movie ever, but it dealt with three ghost haunting the crap out of people who danced on their graves.
