Like I said, I've already deleted the partitions. Over half of my hard drive is free but my main drive isn't including that.

Your main drive will not include them automatically.

Either you can make the remaining space as one logical drives or you need to remove the primary partition too (Caution: All data will be deleted) and make it larger and then assign the remaining to other partitions howmuch ever you want.

It would be very difficult if C: is where your copy of Windows installs in and boots from, because in that case you can't do anything to C: while Windows runs. And even worse off you run NTFS on it, knowing nothing about the process it is almost certain a human error can happen and erase everything in the disk.

You can allocate your free space from here: start>>control panel>>administrative tools>>computer management>>storage. In case if there is no any unallocated space you can use Disk Director partition manager in order to accomplish this task.

The defrag won't supply you greater area...it in simple terms places the unfastened area collectively for room to go and speed. you could desire to empty you bin for them to be "long gone". while defragging...do no longer use your device and turn off screensaver whether this is desperate to come again on until now defrag finishes. Delete cookies and non everlasting internet information and back up on disc to furnish your self greater area. Then later once you lose interest of doing this each and every of the time..improve you device...they're plenty greater low in value at present.
