Yes, Dubya is the worst - unless you're in the top 1% of income brackets. To them he looks like a hero. Everything Bush has done has helped the ultra-rich to increase their wealth, avoid taxes, secure their power, and preserve their delusions of nobility. Looked at from their perspective, his Presidency has been a resounding success, and unless we can take back our country from them, they will write the history books.

If Iraq succeeds in becoming an free independent succesful nation with friendly ties to the US within the next couple of decades than George W Bush will be seen as an incredibly succesful president. Under his direction the taliban was taken out and both Iraq and Afghanistan has held free democratic elections. Something no would ever thought would happen, esp after 911. Pakistan is actually helping the US. N Korea has promised to stop its nuke program.
Economy has been incredibly strong for most of his presidency. Unemployment incredibly low.

The fact that you can even ask this question shows just how much the press is slanted in one direction against this president. We dont know how Iraq will turn out. We should be hoping it turns out well for our sake and Iraqs sake.

I think the end result of the success or failure historically speaking of Bush's presidency hinges on what Iraq looks like 10 years from now.

lol no other president has caused so much problems?????

FDRs legacy of gvt welfare and dependancy has caused immensely more problems than Bush could possibly dream to cause.

I SO HATE this. Democrats say Bush is the worst President ever, and Republicans say Clinton was. Both are dead wrong.

We had some crappy Presidents. Grant and Harding both had extremely inept, corrupt administrations. Carter single-handedly destroyed our economy in the late 70s. Buchanan did absolutely nothing to stop the Civil War. Hoover was the guy who walked us head first into the Great Depression.

C'mon. Use your brains, and stop with the partisan bickering.

He incompetently allowed united statesa. to be attacked in a maximum spectactular vogue, because he concept the warnings from the previous administration about Osama bin weighted down did not price his interest. He all started an 8 or twelve 365 days, trillion dollar conflict, by technique of mistake. or maybe he purposely lied to the standard public as a thanks to get that authorities contractors' gravy prepare going. Yeah enable the historians paintings THAT out. "by no skill ascribe to malice that which will be thoroughly defined by technique of stupidity."

The worst Pres. would be a toss up between Bill Clinton & Jimmy Carter. (Or maybe a combination of the two).

Would you have preferred to surrender to the terrorists?

Is the failure to do so why you consider him a failure?
