Depends on what I'm eating. It's a little sloppy with soup. But many cultures use tortillas or pita to scoop up food. Europeans have not had forks for that many centuries.

It depends on what you're eating. I suppose it's more common to eat sandwiches with your hands and soup with a spoon? Here in Indonesia, it's a tradition to eat rice, chicken and dry meals with hands. My grandmother still does that. I never get tired of watching her eat :)

Yes I have, at an Ethopian restaurant that used to be in my hometown. The food was fantastic.

I'm pretty sure even cave men used there hands until they developed tools. God gave us thumbs for a reason, so we could pick up a fork.
