I used to work as a bus boy at this locally owned restraunt, great gig, anyways, the employees were allowed to drink whatever they wanted there when it was closed........it shut down due to it being bank rupt. But it was great, had a wine cooler even, not that I drank wine. But bussing tables after a few, is quite the task. And going into work hung over, was pretty much a give on saturdays during my college days.

Prime ticketing time for cops is during the 8am work rush. They'd love to catch someone like you, it would make their morning! THAT'S disturbing, why don't you keep cross-dressing without shaving your legs, but please - don't make a jackass of yourself. Unless you work AT a bar or club where it is common, drinking on the job is not normal, but not before driving home or to work. If you blow more than a .06 they can arrest you. If it's a .08 they will tow your car and book you, but even if it's lower you can get charged for it. The only difference is you can't fight a .08 misdemeanor DUI in court, you will always lose. You can still get one at .06, however. The law will mess up your life if you get caught up in it. Good luck finding any job afterwards to prepare for by drinking or not! Stick to cross-dressing wherever you please, but don't encourage others that messing up your life is cool.
You might be joking, but because so many people replied with the admission that this is a "cool" thing to do, be more careful not to encourage others. You don't know? Even at a 0.04 you can get a charge if the cop feels it has impaired your driving. You can buy home breathalizer testers online for $100 at amazon if you question your BAC.
I tend to call 911 when I see car swerving severely all over the road like an idiot. Once I saw a cop zoom at 100 mph up to the targeted car in the targeted lane and pull him over within 2 minutes of placing the call. I hope you don't live in the LA area and see me. But you might run into someone who will if you are swerving all over the road. I mostly do it because I have severe road rage. If I see you driving drunk, though, and I am really in a bad mood I'll follow you and get your plate (not recommended, though), then call it in.

I use to work at a metal fabrication shop on second shift. The supervisor, and I use take a cooler of beer with ice and at the end of the night we would go outside and drink 2or3 beers and then go back to work for the last 2 hours with a buzz, but looking back now it probably wasn't too smart considering I was a set up person on machines that could take a limb or your life. I once seen a guy take off the little finger and the side of his hand with just one full revolution. proof that beer makes you think you're Super Man, or should I say BUD MAN!
