For me it's the eyes, the next would be their smile and I always notice a persons hands next!!

Hm, different things stand out in different people and I usually notice women differently than men. However, I would say ones tone and congeniality make a significant impact in influencing my first impression.
A man can be 6' whatever and a woman can be dressed to "the nines," but if they come off as standoffish or it's all about them, I am instantly repelled.

I always notice the hair first, then eyes, mouth/smile, and then overall body structure as well as clothes.

I go for the eyes too. I think you can tell a lot about a person by looking at their eyes.

If it's the opposite sex, then when it comes to women, Hair always seems to be a factor for me...I don't know why...I really get all weird and geeky when I see a chick that has sexy hair....i know, I'm a freakin' weirdo......but hey, it must be a fetish...or something.......i don't know.....Then eyes followed by smile.......i'm pretty sure there's someone on here with all these qualities that I know of....They know who i'm talking about.....
