Each person is different...my husband is a mouth breather, and I'm a nose breather... Mouth breathers tend to have more dental problems...just a fact from our dentist.

Nose mostly but some people breath through the mouth, esp. if their noses are blocked.

apparently if you sleep on your back your mouth tends to open in your sleep, so you'll breath through that. which results in snoring and a dry mouth.

it relies upon if u sleep with ur moth opened or closed..if u sleep with ur mouth closed u breath by using ur nostril yet while its open u can breath by using ur mouth or nostril or in simple terms the two
