Pretty sure you can't, but try a bit torrent site/program, like azures. Or you can get an iPod converter and just download a game and try that.

You can't, I've tried it. You can get the games, save them to you itunes, but then it asks you to activate it or something and then it doesn't work. So trust me don't bother, I've tried countless times and nothing, save the energy, and just buy em or play the included ones.

use bittorrent, there's tones of them
check mininova and search for ipod games
and there's whole bundle of it.
