I have chrome wheel and my tire leaks costantly. Can the lining of the wheel that meets the tire be repaired? Where can I take it?

Take a good steel brush and clean the bead of the wheel the best you can. Then, when you install the tire, you will need a healthy coating of Bead Sealant to try and stop the air leak. The only other option is to replace the wheel.

does the tire have a nail in it? or is it leaking because of the valve steem? fill it up with air and pour some soap water on it see where it bubbles.. if it leaks around the rim then the tire has to be tooken off the rim and wire brushed to take off all the rust thats making the tire not seal..
