Instead of seeking out the best antacids it better to find the cause of the over production of acids in your stomach. There are several programs for doing so. If you are talking of the OTC (Over The Counter) drugs, there are many and try what suits you best. If you are talking of other approaches, water and milk are good antacids! There are some herbs indicated in acidity. And then there are other approaches too.

Rolaids chewables. The flavor is decent and, most importantly, they work quickly! These are the best for me.
