For people who have Comcast as their internet provider (just internet, not tv or phone), how much did it cost to install everything? And how much are you paying monthly for cable? Also, what speed of internet do you have, 6mbps? 7mbps?
I'm thinking about ordering from them but I need to know how much it will cost to install everything, and then how much it will cost monthly.

They have different rate structures and rate plans for different states. For example, when I lived in Essex county in Massachusetts, Comcast had basic digital plan for $13.99 a month. The cost of the digital box was included in this. This was late 2004 and early 2005.
Whereas a similar plan in Arlington county in Virginia cost me over $40 around the same time.
Bottom line, check their website or ask your local Comcast office and let us know what you find out. Thanks.

You should just give Comcast a call and get your imformaton first hand. My Son has comcast adn i think the nternet high speed is $39.00 o month and nothing forthe install.
