if u drive on snow tires in the summer?

Nothing, just more tire noise, and needless wear on more expensive snow tires. Most tires are rated as mud and snow anyway. Unless they are studded, with metal studs inserted for extra traction. Where I am located, you can only operate a vehicle with studded snow tires from the end of September to the first of April.

hell no! if you drive in your in winter tires in the summer there is not much of a grip / traction. Also, you will be taking up more gas. Your winter / snow tires will become very soft in the summer even at the correct PSI.

Snow tires used in the summer will wear down faster, probably give poorer mileage, and of course they tend to be noisier. But if you're on a tight budget, driving on them won't hurt your car.
