In a tank that size you could only have two small fish, if you want 2 clowns unless you can get a breeding pair then get 2 different types as 2 the same may fight.
I wouldn't put a Lion Fish in a tank this size, even a dwarf is going to get too big, also Lion Fish are better with big fish less chance of them getting eaten.
If you haven't got the tank yet you would be better getting one at least 40 gallons then you could have about 6 or 7 small fish, and maybe get an anemone for the clowns, they don't need to have one but I think they look nicer together.
The smaller the tank the more chance of problems because the small amount of water will magnify any problem you get.
Hope this helps.

A 20 gallon would be okay for a pair of smaller clownfish (ocellaris or percula types that only get around 2.5-3 inches), but that tank would be too small for a dwarf lion. They should have about a 30 gallon as the minimum tank size.

Since clowns are territorial, if your 20 is a standard or "tall" tank, I wouldn't advise putting any other fish with them.
