Undefined.

Two parallel lines in the plane have the same slope.

This is true even for the slopes being undefined.

If a line is undefined, then slope of it is also undefined.

There is no parallel line to an undefined line.

You may grasp undefined state of both question of yours and answer to it!

Undefined slope is just a vertical line; that means the other slope is undefined too, since both are parallel.

What does the term "parallel" mean? You have to at least know that much. If you do, then this problem is a snap. If you don't, I'd suggest you go back to the back of your textbook and look up "parallel" in the index.
