Homemade cheesecake made from cream cheese, sour cream, butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. And second only to that, Ritz Barbecue french vanilla made on the premises in the Allentown (PA) Fairgrounds from so many egg yolks that it's bright yellow, not off-white like the commercial imitations (including Friendly's). And third only to that, REAL soft swirl ice CREAM——NOT some Dairy Queen or Friendly's or McDonald's "soft-serv" imitation ice milk concoction! (Carvel is the only commercial establishment that still serves the stuff that is waxy on your tongue from all the artery-clogging butterfat you can only get from real CREAM! All the rest that do are privately owned stores that are nearing extinction through unfair competition from the mediocrity of lousy-fare capitalism. When's the last time you ever heard of a Tastee-Freez other than in a classic-rock replay of "Jack and Diane"?)
