Everything else being equal... the outrageous piercing girl gets second chair.
The piercing girl is probably a good candidate for a one night, week, month, or year stand.

I have not been a "boy" for quite some time, so I probably don't count, but I will give my opinion anyway. I would say that those boys who you would call respectable would be fairly conservative in their thinking and attitude (old school) and the wild boys would be more liberal. When I see a girl with multiple piercings, naval piercings , tattoos, etc. I don't usually think that they are conservative.
I have a 20 year old daughter that "just had to" have her naval pierced. She is very conservative in general but had to do it as an act of Independence. We tried to discourage her, but she ultimately made the decision. I think she had allowed it to heal over in less than 4-6 weeks.
Lastly consider what those ornaments are going to attract attention to. Are they going to accentuate the positive things about your looks or draw attention to the negative.

Your standard of normalcy is warped! By age 16, fewer than 5% of girls in the world have two 'normal' piercings on both ears. There is nothing 'normal' about poking a hole in your body to hang an ornament on it. It's common, but not normal.
Most guys you would care about can tell the difference between a 'good girl' who has jumped off the deep end with piercings, and a girl sucked into the occult. One could be fun, free-spirited, and wholesomely unrestrained; the other is (rightfully) scary and repulsive.
Two people I greatly respect are thoroughly pierced. But then, their occupation is making, showing, and selling jewelry.

im not a guy but i can tell ya a lil sumthing. ok if you dont like the look on other people what makes you think you would like it on yourself? and i had my ear pierced at the top and it turned into a keloid which is a big huge very painful know like thing. and sometimes you can get them cut off but mine had a nerve in it and surgery only made it worse so you may want to really consider this option or maybe wait until your a little more mature because a lot of times its just a young idea and i have a belly button ring and many many others but believe me you dont want a hole that your gonna regret they do leave scars

Oh my! Believe me, the girls I am attracted to are honors girls. One of the prettiest, most intelligent girls I know has three piercings, studs, on each ear, and a navel piercing. Its not what you have that changes people perceptions of you, rather, how you present yourself. If you continue to go for honors, and dont present yourself as a bad girl, then your belly and your ears are only the cherry on top of an already amazing girl.
I'm a good boy, so I know :)

Well, encountering a pierced clitoris can be a bit of a surprise, I have to admit.
I think women look better without large numbers of peircings. Sure - pierced ears, with earings look good & that's about it. Unless you're gay, don't pierce the tongue.
Any artifical hole in your body will always be an opportunity for infection.

Unlike popular belief, a piercing does not make a girl "wild."
Look into other cultures piercings are used as body art.
Making things more intriguing, like a wow to look at.
This is my opinion, but a girl with the piercings you are talking about wouldn't be wild...
Now if you go over board, like 10-15 more piercings, then it may be different story.

Personally, i think a navel piercing is great, it looks great without looking trashy, and ears are your own personal choice, I like 2 in one ear, and 3 in the other, i don;t know why I like this, but that's me. Some other piercings are kind of trashy looking, so don't go overboard. Good luck, and do what you like, and not what someone else thinks.

How do you know when a guy is respectable and who cares what anyone thinks, it is your body, if someone does not like your piercings, they can always choose to either tell you or just not socialize with you.
