The outer covering on my hard anodized cookware is coming off. What, if anything, can I do to fix it?

The inside of the pans are still great. I did put the pans in the dishwasher a few times, and they came out with a white film on them. Then, they started rubbing off to reveal the steel underneath the outer covering. These pots are only four years old and are professional ones (Cooks Essentials from QVC). Anyone know how to repair the pans? Anyone know the guarantee for Cooks Essentials? Thank you for any help you may have.

trash them. The coating is a toxic carcinogen
