Yeah...this happened to me like two years ago. I got in contact with an old coworker and she informed me she was pregnant and about to get married. I was like damn! She started laughing and asked me why i said damn, and i told her i felt like i missed out. So she replied "you never told me you liked me Michael, I wish you would have."..sucks to be me sometimes.

Yes.
It is not because of late. Many a time a sense of misunderstood communication comes in between in not doing it. There will be delicacy and sentiment that the other person may not receive us properly, comes in the way.
If this every one tells about their real feelings of others in time and on their face, many stories would not have been happening, putting a stop at that stage.
