You need to have it checked out. If the lump is cancerous, it can be benign (not growing) or malignant (growing).
Either way, see the doctor and get it checked out.

Better u see a doctor.To be cancerous it should have atypical cells in it.This will only be confirmed after a biospsy and cytological ang histological analysis of the lump.
Cancer can be benign or malignant.
But its not necesaary cancer.It may be only a cyst.
But anyway go to the doctor

my friend the best very best answer is see a doctor right away
any lump may be just an infection or some damage you can get simply from rideing a bike
so take away the stress n see your doctor

No. Cancer can be a silent killer. If it's malignant, it could spread to other parts of the body, un-noticed. Best to go see your doctor right away!

That lump is called a penis, and is not so small. You are simply being too modest.
