This is really bugging me. I cannot scroll up or down a web page (even when searching for something) unless I click the area BETWEEN the top and bottom arrows, and then the page zooms either up or down, making me have to do the same thing all over in order to read what's in between. Or, it will jump up or down to an area I've read before. I looked under the Help category, but all it said was what I already knew--up arrow goes up, down arrow goes down--but nothing about them sticking.

I'm also noticing that when I go to a new webpage, it will disappear to a white screen and then reappear a few seconds later. Could my new purchase of Norton 360 be doing all this?? It is the only new computer software I've added other than a game of Mahjong.

Check the scroll lock key on your computer keyboard. Locate this button (usually right side of the keyboard) and press it and try to sroll. Good luck I hope it works for ya. :)
