Do you over eat at buffet restaurants too?

It takes a lot of discipline to keep from eating too much when so much different food is available at the same time at no additional cost. You just don`t see to many well proportioned bodys go through a Buffet line. I think the people in general who patronize the Buffets are more disgusting than the food itself. Every time I come home bloated and half sick from overeating at a Buffet I always swear I will never go back. I eat out most of the time and lo and behold it won`t be but a few days until I find myself in another Buffet line. I don`t know that disgusting is the word that best describes a Buffet but it certainly deserves something worst than just saying it isn`t very healthy. I do not have a problem with the cleanliness of a well kept Buffet.

Don't like hot buffets, but I do like a nice salad bar like at Sonny's BBQ, or Ruby Tuesday's. With all the toppings cheese and bacon bits and croutons and the like, my salad plate probably isn't that healthy though...

I prefer not too.
Im a hospotality student so even though i know all about OH&S i continully see my class mates taking shortcuts. ANd thats the main reason i never eat their food. So i wont be surpirsed if restaurant workers also use these cheats!

yes i eat at buffets you can get in and get what you want and eat and your on your way you dont have to set ther for an hour to get somthing to eat

:-( i'm sorry but i disagree. Well.....nicer chinese buffets are good. But not any other besides that. So i guess i sort of agree lol. great question!

no and i urge others 2 do the same bcuz its just another way 4 people 2 stuff themselves with more food than they need 4 a very low price.

I have often felt the same way..
We're all obsessed with germs and yet we are all sharing food with strangers.. and their children!
It also brings images of a cow feeding to my mind.

I do once in a while...in a LONG while. I try to avoid them. Just beause it's unsanitary, gross, makes me feel fat, and there's some WEIRD people in them....
