Are all of the Southern Cal. wildfires over yet? I havent heard updates for the last week.

No, there are a few still burning, and some people are still evacuated from their houses.

There has been some rain, less wind, and fog which have all helped contain the fires. All the fires are presently 100% contained. While the situation continues, the media attention span has moved onward to other things.

Until they get some significant rains, Wildfire flare-ups are going to be an ongoing feature of the S. Cal. landscape for the foreseeable future. And if the Santa Ana winds should kick up again- watch out! :0
