China.
Taiwan could get potentially icky.
Not to mention the environmental mess they're creating is either going to really piss someone off or they're going to have a massive crisis on their hands.
There's also their military growth. They're going to try and project power somewhere when they think they're big enough, and if it's against the wishes of the world (or USA), then that could get icky.
The USA isn't negatively affecting world stability. What was Iraq doing for world stability before America went in? Nothing. What does it do now? Nothing. How about Afghanistan? Hmm... let me think... nothing. Iran was going to run into this issue whether or not America was in Iraq. If France is also concerned, then it is not just America and Iran. America also kept prodding N. Korea to come to peace talks instead of just invading.
America is not the country allowing militant factions to keep control over part of the country. America is not the country who is consolidating political power and quelling political parties. America is not the country dangling natural resources over other countries heads. America is not the country who produces toxic substances and illegally tries to pass them off as prescription drugs. Nor does America destroy every natural area we have in the name of conservation. America doesn't regularly arrest environmentalists, reporters (domestic and foreign), and travelers.
Thus, China is the greatest threat to world stability.

There is none right now that pose a immediate threat, but there are several that have huge potential...Iran certainly if they are trully deveoping the bomb and China because they will control the world's wealth...but if we can keep from getting into wars and start striving to be a better, safer, more self-sufficient country...maybe the Chinese won't be able to dictate to us....Iran might not be as big of a problem to us as they would be to an up and coming China in 30 years...how about just delaying Iran's ambitions until the Chinese see it as their problem? And we don't want the Russians being buddies to the Chinese...

There is certainly a lot of hate America First responding to this Question. It's truly sad these people just don't understand world events. this is Hillary's problem, God help us if she is elected.
I personally am sure the world is a better place without Madman Insane(Saddam Husein). As I'm sure the world will be better after the Iranians see the light and stop messing with Nukes.

Right now-The United States. And nobody needs to interpret this as "Liberals hate America" because that is the biggest load of garbage out there, and you know it. We just live in reality, we know what is going on, and we recognize and understand the impact that we as a superpower have on the rest of the world.
