I would love to be an expert at showing women and men how to dress and which hair style works the best, what colors/styles would make them look smashing!!! I think that would be great fun and I'd make lots of money doing it.

Seriously, I'd like to be an expert at self-defense, and teaching it to other people. ^_^ As in, I'd know *how* to fight, and more importantly, *when* to fight (when it's legal and worth the hassle). I'd feel a bit safer, that's for sure.
Trouble is, I don't have an athletic bone in my body, have never had one really. And these days, everybody wants to be this Huge Muscle Headed Grappler Unit (tm) so yeah....I guess I'll have to pass for the time being (or risk being completely mugged by professional prizefighters and their fans who confuse fighting in a ring with doing it for your own defense and safety).
Or....barring that nonsense....I'd like to be enough of an expert in computer programming that I could make my own homebrew video games. ^_^ You know, just for giggles.

My strength is women's health and psychology so i wish i was an official expert so i can find a cure for certain health conditions and be that different doctor the one that takes time with there patients! and still make the money
