If your dog at fish food, don't worry! There's nothing in flake, pellet or granulated fish food that is harmful to dogs. Honestly, "cheap" fish food contains much of the same substances found in "cheap" dog food!!

You tell me:
If you dont mind paying exorbitant prices for fish food that will be gobbled up in one gulp, go right ahead!
But then there's the bad doggy breath problem....
But just think of all that PROTEIN they're getting!!!!

Not long term - I am wondering what type of fish food a dog would be able to get his teeth into. the only fish food I ever saw was bits of bread and those little tubs of ants and flakes.

If they get into it once or twice, it won't have any ill effects, but it should certainly not be the dog's main diet if that's what you're asking.
