Try ebay, Craigslist or find an agent who will help you sell. Also, since you are moving a few states away, maybe you can deed over the property to a trusted friend, family member now this way they can take care of the sale of your mobile home while you are in NC.

Going though a real estate agent is always the quickest way. It gets the most exposure out there. Plus pricing it to sell helps as well. It keeps the most people interested in it.
